- A response on whether your project fits Bayon AI's services.
- A recommended next step: technical assessment, focused repair, help building your next feature, or project guidance to keep building with AI.
- An agreed scope for any technical assessment before you share repository access.
Technical assessment by agreement
A technical assessment is separately scoped. After fit and repository access are agreed, we inspect the agreed system areas and provide prioritized findings, an implementation plan, and acceptance criteria.
No secrets or Git access yet
Repository collaboration belongs to stage two, after the engagement boundary is clear.
The initial review does not include a code audit, implemented fixes, or a production-readiness sign-off.
Code changes, product completion, testing, and release preparation are a separate implementation engagement with agreed requirements. Sending the review form does not start implementation.

Technical assessment
A technical assessment is separately scoped. After fit and repository access are agreed, we inspect the agreed system areas and provide prioritized findings, an implementation plan, and acceptance criteria.
Repository access only after fit, assessment scope, and access are agreed.
Implementation
A separate implementation engagement covers agreed changes, focused tests, release verification, operating documentation, and a record of remaining limitations.
Repository permissions follow the separately agreed implementation scope.

Initial project fit review
Use the dedicated project-review form to introduce the product, the current problem, and the outcome you need. We review the context before asking for source access.
- A short description of the product and who uses it.
- The live product or demo link, if one is available.
- What needs completing, improving, or fixing.
- Your current deployment status and the next milestone you need to reach.
Share the product securely
Send the Git link and grant repository-level access to GitHub user toledoroy. Most products use one repository, but the review follows the product boundary rather than repository count.
- Reply with the Git repository URL after Bayon AI confirms fit and the technical assessment scope.
- Invite GitHub user toledoroy as a repository collaborator with only the access needed for the review.
- Include the main branch, setup instructions, deployment link, and known failure or scaling concerns.
- Remove collaborator access when the assessment or engagement is complete.
Keep secrets out of the handoff
Do not send or commit passwords, API keys, .env files, production credentials, signing keys, or customer data. Use sanitized setup values and the narrowest repository access required for review.
